2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Noodle Food reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: pay at the restaurant when collecting your order, in cash or by bank card.
4. Delivery / collection
Collect your order at the restaurant at the time slot chosen when ordering. The restaurant does not provide its own delivery service; delivery is available through Uber Eats under that platform’s terms.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
